Which direction does the rain move by you?

Usually from the W or SW to the E or NE but every now and then the angle is more NW to SE. Which breaks down to 'from the gulf' except when things are weird and come from the more northern parts of the gulf, which are shallower. There's a joke in our family of synchronising with the weather report when he says "... followed by an afternoon sea breeze" he says that almost every day! I can remember only one time when Dad said it and the weatherman didn't!

Rats. A cheeky sparrow went into the funrun while I was looking at byc and I missed my chance to see how it got in. Yesterday I closed off another sparrow door and I really thought it was the last one.

They seem to getting in and then they can't get out again.

Thanks MJ but yeah ,nah I can't tell. I bet it smelled nice being mulched though!

Oh! I've remembered it used to grow red stameny flowers, like a bottle brush but just one row of stamens and a much deeper red.

That's how sparrows work. The getting out part never occurs to them.

Today's breakfast is the same as yesterday's except those are Peggy's eggs and that's the cup I got from Fortnum & Mason a couple of years ago.
