Mary is inspecting nests!! Dear old girl, I thought she'd been looking redder and chowing down on shell grit lately.

Janet is assisting. Peggy is fretting. Ivy is oblivious.

The whole bunch of them have raised their voices. Peggy is the ring leader. It's too early on a weekend for all the noise so I'm in the chicken run trying to keep them quiet.

The disagreement is over who gets to lay in laundry basket first. Peggy has first occupiers advantage. Mary wants in. Ivy has switched to the little coop. Janet is trying to talk everyone down.
