We will. I thought I’d get my tax refund back first.I don't think that stops you from seeking approval for further work. Just go ahead and do it. The builder did mine for me.

It's all done on a nation-wide system now. It checks your plan against the guidelines and if the plan is within the guidelines, approval is emailed out (that's what happened in my case). It won't even go past a human. We will. I thought I’d get my tax refund back first.
We got the plans for the art studio done up by a professional so that should be fine. He was talking about site inspections though. It's all done on a nation-wide system now. If it doesn't match up with the guidelines, someone will check it and maybe ask for more info. Doesn't mean a refusal. They can then approve, request an amendment, or disapprove.
So it's faster if you stay within the guidelines.
People are scared of asking because every now and then the media makes a circus when some clown of a developer has an axe to grind because the guidelines changed and he (they seem invariably men) hasn't checked first and needs to urgently build and sell and churn his money to make more of it.
Well, he'll need to inspect to make a plan that sits within the guidelines before he submits the application. We will. I thought I’d get my tax refund back first.

I found them by zooming. Very cool. The parachutists are out this morning! I've been watching them float down.
I tried for a photo but this phone's camera is not much chop.
Can you see the blurry object above and to the right of the bend in the rainwater pipe? Not far above. Only a little to the right. Try zooming.

I'll see if I can put a circle around it. Nope. But I put a more contrasty filter on it and cropped out the nonsense.
Still nothing more than a grey parachute-shaped blob but perhaps it's easier to discern.

They look so clear to the human eye, yet the camera is blind to them.
Beautiful!Mary's eggs with the new (old) teacup found in the cellar, with wattle blossom on it.

Oh, right! The seizures! My best frievd’s cat has the same issue. Glad Nyssa is having s good like despite the wheezing.Yes, thanks for asking! She's doing really well, she hasn't had any more seizures since she's been on the meds. We need to get her another script very soon but it's been over 2 months.
Nyssa the salmon Faverolle is still wheezing, even after being on antibiotics for three weeks but she seems to be still living her best chickeny life. I'm observing her and will be in touch with the vet next week.
How is everyone at your place?
