Many people say that as they age their joint aches warn of storms.
I have always felt that might be a small benefit of generally crumbling, but I have yet to experience it.
Don’t get me wrong, my joints ache plenty, but they give me no storm forecast at all.

RC have you ever used a bullet journal? I'm thinking of giving it a try to see if I can make myself exercise more.

Someone's having trouble getting started this morning.

It's always a good idea to lie down in dried leaves. They're scratchy and they scatter nicely around the house to keep the robovac busy. She can't work out why I complain about dried leaves in the house.

That's what they say. Low pressure systems supposedly trigger it.
