This is Lavender. She is a standard Frizzle. They can get close to 3kg ~ so yes big girls hampered by a lot of frizz.They are classed as a breed in Australia & come as both bantam & standard sizes.

Oh, she’s gorgeous! Maybe I should get Frizzles instead of Faverolles! Aren’t they super-broody though?

I haven't been through a summer with Lavender yet but she's not showing any signs of wanting to go broody on me. And she lays well!
