MJ's little flock

Pics
I shouldn't have favourites, but the other two are so good at looking after themselves and Sandy is the only one who follows me around the yard, even all the way into the scary woodshed, where the other two fear to tread. So she's my secret sweetheart.

I find that the bottom of the pecking order loves to spend time with me. Since being forced to the bottom, Aurora (name not so clever as I thought) follows me quite a lot. I do find that they like to hang ot in pairs. Perhaps she has paired up with you?

Blossom

Blossom is an honorary chicken, really a cat. She spent most of her life on the streets, then lived in a shed for two years, then inside a house for one year, then I adopted her. She is now 10 years old and has lived with us since May 20 2019.

Favourite hobby: sitting on the living room window-sill and watching the world go by.

Favourite saying: MMm!

Rank: shows disdain for all formal hierarchies, what are we - fiercely independent or cogs in the machine, man?!?

Named after: Blossom already had her name when she came to live with us. It suits her. I doubt she was named after a particular blossom. I've never seen a blossom her colour.

A Kitty too! Blossom is beautiful. I love kitties too. Don't forget to tell us her stories too!

The perfect car for me?

Many of you know I was recently in a car crash. Lately I've been looking at my options for a replacement car and I think I've found the one for me.

I have set the video to start at the most important part: the description of what might fit into the boot.

@Ribh & @Aussie-Chookmum, you'll appreciate this. So very Aussie.

I love that! I should have considered that when I bought my new Alfa, :gig

Downton Abbey, It was pretty but the writing...:rolleyes: Only two characters were done justice. There were sooo many plotlines and the action was spread very thin. At times it bordered on pastiche and panto. Two stars. One for the nostalgia and one for its prettiness. No chickens spotted.

You should post your review on @drumstick diva movies thread. Thanks for the heads up. We have never seen the show but my wife wanted to see this movie.

I'm good and you?

Very well, thank you :) I'm enjoying some television before nodding off. I'm watching an old episode of QI from the BBC, which I always like. Blossom is purring on my lap. I'm also doing a bit of 'homework' on youtube. Sandy doesn't know it yet, but she's going to have a bath tomorrow. The time and the butt are both ripe for it. It's my first time bathing a chicken, so I've been watching lots of how to videos.
