MJ's little flock

The treatments are almost over. One more dose of linco and three more doses of enzymes to go.

Janet's looking better every day.

I wasn't in the yard much yesterday so I haven't seen Peggy drop a poop for a few days. I'm goung to watch for one today. I hope it looks a little more like her normal poops.
That's great news! I'm so glad to hear it.

Yesterday, Ivy and I had a special moment. She had got herself perched up on the yard fence right before egg laying time and didn't have the dexterity to hop herself down as usual. She allowed me to quietly assist her off the fence. First I offered her my arm to climb on but that didn't work. Then I slowly placed my hands over her wings, which she allowed. Then I slowly increased my grip and lifted her down. She allowed that too. Once she was down she flapped her wigs out, but that's to be expected after having them pinned down.
It's so rewarding when you reach this point. You have earned her trust. Congratulations! 🥳
