They usually zoom out. It's possible they were confused because it's Peggy and Ivy's first fog. It's still quite thick at 10am. The ships in the port have been using fog horns!

Very rarely. This morning's fog was the worst I'd seen, but I've only lived here for four years. I daresay there've been foggier mornings, but not many of them.
