I have PT and Speech Therapy today, so I guess that's my big plans for today other than that I will be doing easy stuff around the house and hopefully not getting in trouble

Staying out of trouble is a good idea for everyone!

He was a difficult man.

So was mine. Absolutely zero awareness of how his choices inflicted pain on his family, but then his father was utterly tyrannical and showed kindness once that I know of. Once. My brother continues to gradually recuperate from being dad's best friend and I hope he feels robust one day. But dad had his merits too and we loved him dearly, same as most families.
