I love yellow cups! I've only got one and it doesn't have a saucer. The teapot is sheer delight! Is that a handmade strainer? It looks like such a perfect fit in its tray it couldn't possibly be machine made.

It's an old silver plated one that belonged to my Grandma, so probably machine made. Like yours I think MJ.

The little yellow tea cup I got from a friend of my mum's, "Aunty" Shirley, when I was around 7.

Ok, that tea just sounded so exotic. Is it a green tea? And I was amused to see you kept your buttering knife. So do I.

It's a white tea! It is dried even less than a green tea and has a very floral flavour. People have asked if it has jasmine in it, but no, it is just the tea leaves.
