MJ's little flock

Peggy has been doing rather a lot of inept flying lately. She lets out her flycry, takes a run and launches herself into the air, flapping as hard as she possibly can! We all watch on, thrilled and thinking "Go Peggy!!" She flies about shin-knee height with her belly and haunches hanging down and feet flailing for 1-2 car lengths before landing at a sprint. What a little goer!! Then she pretends it was nothing and joins in with her friends like it's an ordinary day.

Peggy, The Astronaut.

Thanks Shad. It's coming along nicely and the chooks seem to like it.😊

There is nice deep shade under the Bay tree and Abutilon. There is even more shade on the south side of the house where we have several Japanese Maples under planted with fuchsias and native mint bushes (Prostanthera). It is a favourite dust bathing spot.
That would be so pretty!

That's what the tradies said too. If it doesn't work, I can make a new upper door out of wood that's not warped.
If you add the latch and everything is square, once you have it latched, soak the wood. The wood will then square up when it dries.

I am confused though. Why are they able to leave you with a warped door? Shouldn't they leave you with a finished product that is square and functions propery? In others words, should they not correct that before they are done and paid?

It is like chicken breeds - don’t over-generalize!
:lau
So true...... but........ there are physical characteristics that are consistent. For example, GLWs had golden feathers. Orpingtons have single combs. Etc.

Vikings are tall........in general. I can't remember if Scots are tall or stocky. I thought it was the latter, in general.
