Thanks Shad. It's coming along nicely and the chooks seem to like it.

It's very shady and leafy! If I were a chicken I'd love it.

There is nice deep shade under the Bay tree and Abutilon. There is even more shade on the south side of the house where we have several Japanese Maples under planted with fuchsias and native mint bushes (Prostanthera). It is a favourite dust bathing spot.

I might have to make a replacement upper door because the wood warped.

And there's no mesh available until Thursday. So the funrun will remain unfinished for a while yet. I'm a little disappointed truth be told but the hens are enjoying the wider ranging.

I would just add a bottom latch. That will square it up.
