Hi, MJ He's staying busy with work and I'm doing okay, less pain and hopefully I get to stop wearing the sling after my appointment with my orthopedic doctor on Thursday. I can't wait to have full range of motion again.

Woohoo! We didn't yesterday as he was back at school, but I'll get him to have a dance-off today, so I get my movement in too (gotta work off that chocolate somehow ).

I am glad you are seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Orthopedic injuries are the most painful and take the longest to resolve, I swear.
