Tsk tsk and dancing twice the next day does not make up for it.This morning was the first weekday morning I failed to get up and dance. I had a headache so I excused myself from today in its entirety and it cleared up eventually. I'll start fresh tomorrow.
Do you swim Grammy?Good morning/evening MJ and everyone
I'm pushing along and yes, no more sling. Each week they add something new to my list of exercises.
No I don't and they don't have any indoor pools around. That would be a great idea.Do you swim Grammy?

I used to really enjoy dancingIt's an attempt to establish an exercise routine that I can stick to (for a change). I get out of bed, press play and start dancing. Today I managed 40 minutes. With the right songs, it's a great start to the day.
Of course it doesTsk tsk and dancing twice the next day does not make up for it.
Well here is an interesting point. There are many people who do just that; feed them good quality feed, clean water once a day and treat the creatures for the basic complaints such as lice mites etc. Is that a reasonable stanndard of care?
