MJ's little flock

When I ate the wild duck eggs (the ones that were abandoned in the nest after the raccoon attacked) I found the yolk to white ratio was much greater than a chicken egg so they didn't do over-easy very well because there wasn't enough white. Not sure that would be the same for domestic duck eggs.
Janet's eggs seem to have large yolks too. Several people have commented without any prompting from me.

We're having our Christmas feast today because my brother is working away through Christmas week. So I'm starting my day with tea in bed, renaissance Christmas music on YouTube, byc, and Blossom purring away on my lap 🎄🎄🎄🎅

Sounds like a wonderful start. I hope the day just gets better.

That's a little taste of heaven. ❤️

(I love medieval and renaissance music)

I don't think I've ever eaten a turkey egg 🤔 I must put it on the culinary bucket list.
The over easy egg was a bit much. The difference in flavor is way more pronounced in the yolk alone. It's almost an after taste. I really can't describe it. I definitely prefer a chicken egg.
