MJ's little flock

Well there you go. I'll have to stop singing nonsense words now. 🤣

They did a version of "Gaudete" if you are interested in another churchy Latin type song. They also did a version of "The Holly and the Ivy" which is very jolly.

They have so many good songs. You may enjoy just having a You Tube browse when you have a couple of hours to spare!

Some of my favourites are : Thomas the Rhymer, Dance with me, Black Jack Davey, Cadgwith anthem and Lovely on the water. Really, most things from the albums "Hark the Village Wait" and "All around my hat".

Other bands with a similar vibe are Pentangle and The John Renbourn Group.

If you enjoy harmony I strongly recommend the two albums released by Silly Sisters. "Silly Sisters" and "No More to the Dance". My favourite songs on these are "Burning of Auchindoon" and "Silver Whistle". "The barring of the door" tells a wonderful silly story and the "Agincourt Carol" is haunting.

Well, that looks enough to be going on with. 😇
Have a chicken.

Thanks!! I will try them all then have a wander through YouTube.

Good morning/evening MJ and everyone 😊😴

I'm doing fairly good, thanks for asking :hugs . We are going to our son's house for a few hours to celebrate, but that's it. We might have a zoom visit with our daughter's house.
That sounds delightful and not too exhausting 🤔

Nope, i would be interested to know though. I used to own a cafe/juice bar and used to buy duck eggs from a guy just for my quiches :)
I'm all about turkey eggs now. I've been asking everyone I meet if they've ever had a turkey egg and so far every single answer is no.

Here's the spot where Janet shook herself after yesterday's dust bath.
