I am with you. Licorice and aniseed are awful. There honestly isn’t much I don’t like other than those. Fennel is similar but milder.Me either.I don't like aniseed either. My mother likes it ~ & black jelly beans...

Poor Mary.I spoke a little too soon about peacefulness in the flock. Isn't it always the way? Last night as I was sitting by the hens, I was also participating in the bookclub I'm in. Maybe that's what set Peggy off? She gave poor Mary a thrashing. I didn't see any real reason for it.
Mrs BY Bob loves black licorice. I'll ask her about milk bottles when we talk next. Maybe she is the one.No one I knew liked milk bottles. We ate them, but we didn't like them. We also didn't like black licorice, so much that we didn't eat it. Among the kids I knew, this was a consensus.
It does have many medicinal properties and makes a great digestif. (Did I spell that right?)Isn't it foul! I have never come around to that particular flavour.
She back and supporting my position already!I like * the leftovers* too. So excited for you.
I believe you are! Do it! It won't kill you.All this talk of lollies has me wanting to buy some. I haven't had a lolly in maybe 10 years. Maybe I'm due a few?
