Thank you. It's been more a nightmare this time than in previous years, mainly because, even though I started recruiting last year, I haven't been able to contract sufficient staff. Two of my reliable crew, who previously took about a third of the work between them, are unavailable while at the same time, the volume of work has grown by 50%. Those two factors have created quite a pinch point. There are many hours un-staffed, so I'll be doing a lot of extra work closing those gaps.G

At the same time, I'm still being mildly harassed by one of the old guard in the professional society who's grumpy because he doesn't like the new code of ethics. At least he's confining his efforts to email instead of calling me like the other grumpy one. Neither of them are fully informed because neither of them paid attention as the work proceeded and calls for input went out.
Anywaaaay, that's enough of the challenges I carry at present. Must get to the office....
