That front-on one of Bela looks quite devilish!

And it does kind of suit him!
Earlier he was trying to fight George, a very large Orpington x Sussex, who is easily 5x bigger then him, though the fence.
George was just playing along, but looking decidedly unimpressed, and after I shooed him away a bit, Bela did a last dash and victory dance, like he alone had banished that rooster off the earth!

And very lucky boys! I don’t think they would have had much of a life if they had stayed at the zoo, and they couldn’t stay with us long-term.

I do!

He is pretty massive looking, although a fair bit of it is feather fluff, but he is still a big boy!
Such a good rooster too. (in fact I think he might be my favorite, but don't tell any of the others that )
