Oh boy. Too much action to document. Lots of up and down from Katie, Edie and Ivy!

Once Mary went up, everyone decided it was time to be serious about settling down for the night.

I made a video instead of photos but now I need to sit and think about platforms. Maybe vimeo.

Katie thinks she's pregnant. I had to explain about roosters. And, you know, about being a bird and not a mammal.

Edie said, see I told you it was just that big meal you had.

Ivy rolled her eyes, made a face and said I'm going to apply for early retirement if these kids keep going on like they do.

I then had a word with Blossom about putting ideas in Katie's head. She was in stitches, laughing, saying oh oh my face hurts!

Everyone is very cross about Christa picking on Janet.

Christa invited them to go away in rude words. Even Joyce was shocked.

Janet was quiet. Mary was supportive and wise, telling Janet her feelings and thoughts can't be touched by Christa. Janet said it's my feathers and comb I'm worried about.

Peggy asked if any more snacks were coming out and can she please have a cup of tea?

That worked wonderfully. I love how the young ones mount the ramp half way up. That is a very wide ramp. They would fit 2 side by side wouldn't they?

I think so, but it hasn't happened yet and maybe not if one of them is Mary.

Also, I knew she needed a wider ramp because she's a little nervous on the narrow ramp of the little coop.

I think the non-slip is a big help. I'm sure there would be more sliding around without it.
