Various. Intentionally: Vagas nerve, music, outdoors, gave the reluctant cat a hug, deep breathing.

I have to accept that sometimes someone is their own worst enemy and that encountering own worst enemies is core work to be undertaken every time I read email.

I'm having a day of doing my job not only outdoors but in public and it's wonderful.

The weather could not be nicer. I'm looking forward to meeting a new student for a cuppa in the city's main shopping thoroughfare (Rundle Mall). Later on, I've got lunch with a former colleague near the train station. Handy for catching the train home again

Isn't it ghastly!

Over the years I've become quite effective at instructing baristas in the making of my tea: two tea bags left in, and very milky (while holding fingers up to indicate how much of it should be milk).

When there are dozens of them and they keep piling in waiting a day isn't really an option.
