MJ's little flock

I can't remember whether it was here or on @ManueB's thread but I found the webcam app I was using.
Here is a link to the web version, but the app works well on my phone. During Covid shut down I would watch bald eagles, grizzly bears and zebra.

I also found this which is more of an index and seems a bit UK focused: https://www.discoverwildlife.com/animal-facts/livestreams-wildlife
That was fun.

I need to spend more time choosing my favourites, but I've already seen brown bears catching salmon and a red squirrel!

I love the various Alaska bear cams - some are better than others at different times.
Yesterday I saw a standoff between a mother with two babies and some other bear.
She stood upright and stared down the other adult. Quite impressive.
I also love the African ones at night as the sounds remind me of childhood.
Any of the eagles rearing their young is also very impressive.

I do remember. I suppose I hoped that in the meantime you had seen the error of your ways!

Nope! My MIL got soundly ticked off a while ago because she emptied a half-full teapot under the guise of “tidying up” and “being helpful”.

Each to their own!
I just discovered that my closest tea-buddy here has been happily using one of those things that keep her mug warm. After a short intake of breath I have found it in my heart to overcome my tea-snobbery and forgive her.

Unfortunately, but as to be expected, yes. I think two boys and three girls out of the frizzles at this point, but its still a bit soon to be certain.
The one none frizzle looks like a little pullet. Haven't got a clue yet on the other three black copper x Sussex chicks in with them.
Trying not to get to attached, (so all the main ones you can see are the ones I think are girls) because honestly I don't think I can keep anymore cockerels.
Here's the little smooth girl; she was being a bit elusive!View attachment 3666188
The pullet is very pretty and daint, but I like the frizzle punk looks !
Oh MB, you are funny!

I'll make a 20 piece and a 50 piece from the same photo next weekend. That way everyone's got an option!
I succeeded!
I hadn't understood that the puzzle was smaller than the size of the frame 🤨. And that there was a possibility to see the whole picture while doing it.
It still took me some time.

I’m a tea ignoramus but I really don't like it reheated.
I don't mind as much the samovar thing - pour boiling water into cold very concentrate tea.
I also totally despise reheated coffee.
I think in both cases it brings out the bitterness.

Exactly - we will make a tea connoisseur of you yet!
I realize I don't really know how to use a samovar.
