Mine always love a car ride. Phyllis really enjoyed her first ride. Unlike my cats who are terrified of a car ride.

Blossom likes a car ride but hates a plastic cat box.

Her new, big wicker hamper was a game changer.

So, Janet's poop was normal this morning and she's quite energetic today (by her standards). I saw her running earlier.

So perhaps the mouse she ate yesterday had not been poisoned.

I'll keep an eye on her though (as always).

I'm relieved it appears to have been a mouse free from poisons.

It's the third morning since Janet ate a mouse.

She appears to be fine and her poops have not changed colour.

When I say fine, I mean fine for a retired hen who's had years of bacterial problems knocking her longevity about. She likes snoozing, dinner time, dust bathing, sunbathing, perimeter runs, and a good, long drink. She doesn't bother scratching for food these days. She prefers the feeders.

I’m hoping MJ will let me toot my own horn here, and I will pay some chicken tax.

Most of you know I compose music, well I’m moving into game music and I’ve just created my first simple text-based game. If you don’t mind a bit of supernatural/horror (not that scary), I would be thrilled if you had a moment to play it and let me know what you think (the coding was doing my head in!)

I also participated in my first game jam, where people all around the world get together and make games, and that should be linked to my account now too.

As usual, I'm too hectic to give it much time but the first couple of minutes were very creepy and the music was a huge part of that.
