How is Ini Mini getting along BDutch? All good?

Ini Mini started to moult a bit and lost some tail feathers. She doesn’t look well and is a bit slow compared to the others.
Her age definitely shows.

Meet Princess (named by my 14yo). She is currently in quarantine (as is Angel in the run), but as she’s tiny, hopefully the cage isn’t too small. I’ll also move it every couple of days so she gets fresh grass.

She’s lovely, but are you sure it’s okay to have wire under her feet?

Yes it’s fine; I’ve had wire under the quarantine cage for years and never had an issue.

Yes, she is a highly respected elderly. They don't chase or peck her at all. Only her two Amrock kids try to steal the goodies from her.

I have a question for everyone.

The hens at my house definitely eat less in winter, but I've not measured it.

I've already done the googling and AI-ing.

Trouble is, you never really know if those are reliable sources of information, so I'm asking if your flock eats less in winter.
