MKK Farms. Updates, pics, and stories!

Yeah. haha I was really dumb. lol

I've done the same thing, missed turning for a day or something like that. So far, those minor mistakes don't seem to be what has cost me hatches; mostly it's been temp and mid-lockdown candling.

I know right! LOL I am bad hatching. Speaking of hatching, I'm hoping to put in a batch of Faverolle eggs tomorrow.

I've been bad at it so far. I'm trying to learn from my mistakes (and the mishaps that aren't my mistakes). If this hatch goes well, then I would be okay with continuing to incubate eggs. If it doesn't, then IDK what I'm going to do. I'll ask my friend to hold my hand through a hatch and see how that goes, I guess. If that hatch went badly, then I would definitely give up and just use broodies.

Oh, good!!!

We want pic, BTW!!! Don't forget! =)

I'm not (so far anyway). I don't give up easily (although I do get discouraged easily), but quitting just isn't in me. I imagine that I'll figure out how to do it and I'll be having to sell chickens before I know it. ;)

That's okay; we won't let you forget. ;D
