Wow, there's been a lot of debate about wether it's allowed for people elsewhere to sign. I don't just live in another state, I live in another hemisphere... but I'd like to help

Instead of having people from outside Portage sign the petition, why not have them send letters of support to council debunking the myths and concerns an uniformed council may have regarding byc
