Modification of Eglu Cube for bantams? Anyone? Moving chicks tomorrow and need help!!

Please share with me how you modified your cube for bantam chicks...I am especially interested in the ladder part! I know they will not be able to reach ladder from ground and I am worried they will fall through the ladder cracks. Any suggestions!!!! Thank you!!!

I don't have that coop but you can take a nice wide piece of wood, say six inches or so, and place it over the ladder - just rest it there so it won't budge, for them to use as a ramp. Make sure the incline isn't too steep for them. I have put blocks under the base of the ramp to make it flatter before.
