Don't give up here... it's a wonderful place. I just lost some chickens and two people offered to help me out and one is sending me free eggs this next spring

There ARE great people here. And I agree when someone said that some people here have know each other since BYC started...you just have to give them time to get to know you. OR Force urself upon them like I do

The popular people can sneeze and everyone in the room will offer a tissue but then someone else can have a bloody nose and no one will notice?

It really makes me just want to give up on the forum.

Agree.... but, it's just like joining any club... it takes time for people to get to know you. And it is sometimes very discouraging.

Suggestions

1. Be creative, if not crazy, in the subject line. I think that when people see PC has sent out a note, they expect craziness and fun... not just another boring lethargic chicken.

2. Use PMs and chat to get to know people.​

I feel your pain too. I try to help everyone that I can and I do if it has pretty not been answered and if I know anything about it. I have had post topics before that have had no responses and I have had a few where there were more. I have been on here for quite sometime too. I am to the point now I really don't post any questions or topics I do reply a lot to other peoples.
Just keep talking and things will work out.
