Molt or problem?

Hello! I have two chickens, both one year old, who I thought were molting but they have looked like this for a few weeks now, not losing more feathers but not looking better either. I just want to check! We have three hens in a coop built for 8 with a large run, plus we let them free range. I haven't seen them picking a themselves or each other but certainly could be happening. I applied an anti cannibalism cream (purplish color) last week in case that was it, and I guess i will keep applying that just in case? I would be so relieved by any clarity you might be able to offer! One hen (the silver laced wyandotte in the background) is totally fluffy and happy, and they all are laying very regularly. I had them on a typical layer feed ( I believe 18% protein) but just upped them to a higher protein feed.

I would guess that the Wyandotte is feather pecking/plucking the others. It's a bad habit that frequently starts in the winter when birds are closely confined and become bored.

That looks like feather picking, rooster damage, feather lice, or a combination of the above.
