Molt???

I have 4 hens, two of the hens look like this while the other two look fine. These girls have looked like this for a couple of months. All are laying well. I have treated everyone for mites and have increased protein to help with feathers. (They are not coming back in that I can see) The only thing I can think of is that I put them into a molt using a heat lamp this winter. (I know better now) Any ideas on what it could be? I keep the coop clean, use diatomaceous earth and pine chips.

I should also have noted they have lost feathers around the vent area as well.
