So one of my hens is having her first molt, today i let them out of their winter coop into the bigger outdoors one and I saw one of the other hens attacking her and pulling out several of the feathers on her head. Should I be worried? I tried to separate her from the flock but she went back to them so quickly and was trying to communicate and to get in on their side of the coop. Here’s some pictures of how she looks now.

As long as she can eat and drink and no real harm (i.e. blood) is being done, I'd leave them alone. Molting birds act a bit off so other birds may behave a bit differently around them during that time.
