Sounds like feather picking, if theres blood You really need to separate her from the rest.

Yes, pecking/cannibalism. You could try putting a saddle on her, but beware that on rare occasion, the other chickens become confused/frightened at the sight of the saddle and attack. I had this happen once, and I am sure they would have killed her if I hadn't removed it. Some people say that bright colored saddles cause this, but this one was dark brown, on a dark colored hen. I don't know why it agitated them.
