molting is done but no egg!

I have a red star hen who is 11 months old she's been molting for 4 months I'm pretty sure she isdone but she still isn't laying

Molting is quite hard on a hen's body, so they can take awhile to recover, but I think another factor here is the short days we're having over Winter. Most hens need around 14 hours of light per day to keep them in production. But give your hen some extra protein (scrambled eggs, mealworms, meaty scraps, a little dry cat food) to help her recover and give her a bit more time. She will probably resume laying soon.
