Molting or Mites!? (Pics attached)

Please help! This is my first time going through this so I am not sure what I am looking at. 1 hen is loosing a lot of feathers a lot in back/tail and neck area. Another one is fluffy above her tail. Is this mites or molting? Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Looks like molting.
Look at their skin in a dark room, a UV light might help see it easier. Just to be safe. But looks exactly like molting to me.
 
Then its definitely molting. Expect your chickens to not lay (if they do, very little) and not enjoy being picked up til they are done
Great to know what a relief, because their egg production has been super low as well. Thanks so much for the prompt replies I was about to go to the store and spend money on mite treatment 🙄
