I've noticed that several of my hens have a lot of feathers missing, especially around their necks, backs, and tail areas. Their skin looks exposed in places, and it seems like more feathers are showing up in the coop than usual.
They’re also laying significantly fewer eggs than they were just a few weeks ago.
I'm wondering:

- Could this be molting?
- Or is this something else, like illness, parasites, or maybe pecking issues?
