Molting or something else?

Hi there. First time chicken mom. Is this molting or is this something serious? She is acting normal except she has stopped laying eggs about 3 weeks ago.

Do you know what breed she is? That might be a part of it.

Yes that looks like a molt.

How old are they, in weeks or months?

Chickens molt and grow a new set of feathers 2-3 times before around 6 months of age, those are called the juvenile molts.
Some pullets will have a partial molt their first fall/winter.
Most birds will have their first full adult molt their second fall/winter.
