Molting or something else ?

about two weeks ago I got 5 more pullets .. when I got them I noticed three have lost a lot of tail feathers not sure if it's from them being with too many others while waiting for pick up or if it's molting or parasites ? Thanks for help

If we knew if you are in the northern hemisphere or southern part of the world, maybe we could tell you if it's likely molt or something else.
