Molting question

Hello,
I think my girls might be molting...question I have is do they lose the feathers on there neck too?? I just want to be sure they are ok

Yeah they would be moulting

Depends on their age and if you have a drake, drakes will pull feathers out of the females necks while mating. If you don't have a drake and all your females have feathers missing other places too then it's molt.

I've seen females mount each other before...

Posting a pic can help get a better idea... to make sure you aren't experiencing parasites or the like. What is their age?

Ok I’ll get one today! They will be 1 in May and yes they do mount each other

If given bath time most water fowl stay clear of external parasites. As long as they aren't kept in filthy conditions.

Oh yes they get plenty of bath time with nice clean water
