Have you checked them for lice/mites? It could be feather picking also.And rooster wear is.... If it requires a rooster, we don't have one, unless one of the dominant hens is causing it.
Our chickens first winter and we believe the first molt. Chickens are 7months. So, molting or something else?![]()
Next question: Why molt in the winter, when you'd think having more feathers would be beneficial?
