oh oh OHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!4 days!!!!!!! time to find a big box today. Bring it in and warm it up. Time to get the lamp ready. Time to have the family room dust free for the last four days in the next 2 months.

New lamp and bulb - check
Chick feed - check
Clean towels for the bottom of the box - check
clean out waterer and chick feeder from last year - not done yet.
move chair in family room to put in new box - not done yet
chick grit - CRAP! forgot it. glad i have a few days yet.
thermometer - check

have a LONG discussion with Ashley my cat and let her know WHAT will happen if she touches the new babies. She has never seen chicks before.

So right about now I would assume my delivery is ready or is already trying to get out of their shell. I can just hear peeping starting from inside their shells. 'momma... mommma......"
