There are lots of people that never have issues with picking in crested breeds, and I imagine if they have plenty of room to roam (and get away from each other), they'll be alright. It's just something to watch for, just in case. 
I will definitly watch for that. Thanks for the info! It's a new breed for me, so any advise is greatly appreciated! I will be using her for PR work literally. Being in the Dept. of Agriculture work, i get a lot of chances to do education and stop in at seminars and stuff. I use my rooster 'Bird at some of these times. He loves to meet people, but i am scared a lot of what he could do. (he loves Pet Smart though lol) I am thinking maybe the Sultan might be a way to reach more people to educate about livestock and chickens. To see that they are not all just 'livestock' per say.
