Mommais mean to her chicks

So this hen hatch to chicks but she being mean to 1 chick (see photos). I seperated her from them. Im keeping the chicks in the top part of the coop keeping it close. My question is do i need a heat lamp for them or will they be ok at night with eachother. There is also photos of what the inside looks like. Please help

They will need a heat lamp. They are too small to regulate their own body heat and also they don’t have feathers yet. You will have to put food and water up there for them as well. Is she pecking them?

I would be very hesitant to remove chicks from a hen. Usually when they reject a chick they peck its head. Hard. They can easily kill it. I’ve never seen them pick at the wings. Is the chick making distress calls?
