We had the sad death of our dear Mrs. Campbell (khaki Campbell duck) while she was sitting on her 12 eggs. We rescued the eggs and I believe they are still alive as I have been candling them and see life inside. The question is, I don't know how old they are exactly. On line I have only been able to see a 18 day old egg and they are definitely past that stage. I know I need to stop rotating them and add water for moisture around 3 days before the hatch - but I don't know when that will be. What do I do? Help me! I wanna save these babies and pass on the legacy of their Mommy.

Im sorry about your duck. Candle them each night, or every other night, and then when you see the ducklings pecking at the air sac, raise the humidity, stop turning, and let them hatch.
