Well-It's over and everyone lives happily everafter. I was crying when he saw his wifes daughter for the first time. He was crying and so I had to too. And now life goes on. That was a nice ending.

I was happy with the ending too. I think they actually must have left the ending that way so if they wanted to bring monk back or even a Monk Reunion sometime down the road. I think that would be nice.
