Month old barred rock pullet...or maybe not?

Looks like a cockerel to me.

If you don't want a rooster, I would grow him out and butcher him for you and your family or your pup. My livestock guard dogs, eat Raw chicken, and I've never had a problem with them attacking the chickens.
