Month Old Chick with No Feathers on Back

This is my 3rd year to purchase chicks in March. This year, I bought 6 Black Sex Links and 2 of them have bald backs! For my circumstance, I certainly hope you aren't right, Jerseygirl1! Lol

This is my little Frankie no feathers, she hatched 07-21-2018. So about 9 weeks old and no feathers can anyone explain this for me, I have never seen or heard of this before, worried she won’t survive, have heard of slow feathering but no feathering. Help!
