Month-old chicken keeps shaking head and has watery droppings!

My month-old chicken keeps shaking her head. Her droppings are also watery, so I think she might have respiratory problems. Does anyone know how to treat this? Pls help!!

Look in her ears for infection or mites, check inside her beak for lesions or canker, make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Have you noticed any respiratory symptoms? Coughing, sneezing, mucous, watery/bubbly eyes, facial swelling, wheezing?

Maybe once ever 2-3 hours?

I would check to make sure the nostrils are free of debris. Look for ear infection, inside the beak, etc.
