Monthly Didn't come, blood test results in... Negitive for pregnancy.

Yep, could be too early to show up on the stick tests! With my son they were negative for a couple of weeks, then woot the positive. The upper half hurting did not last for a long time with me, and with my daughter I had no discomfort! I did however have the pains (twinges) that you are talking about with my daughter, not my son!!!! YAY.... I hope!!!

Tell me about it!! I wish I would have had some winter babies! Well, technically, I guess I did: 1 born Nov. 8 (indian summer of course, temps in the mid 80's and 90's northern IN

); 1 Sept. 30 (not too bad, but still very hot!), and one Oct. 27 (lived in Florida, they don't have winter

). A baby due in the winter would have been heaven!

I too love being pregnant, it's the L&D part that I'm not too hot on....that and the rearing part

If You are on my Facebook, please don't referance to any of this, Hubby and I don't want out Family's Knowing we are trying, His family probably wouldn't approve, Because he recently went back to school.

I am praying for you, and hope you are pregnant, how exciting. I have read that for some people, the tests don't work as soon as they would for other people, I have heard of some people going 6 months before they get a Positive.

(Edited, because I don't want to worry anybody with my bad Experiance)

My Monthly is very irregular, making concieving very hard, Recently I have been very tired, sick off and on, and experiancing heart burn ( My first symptom with the first pregnancy, which ended in a miscarrage). But I took a test and it came back Neg a few days ago, and now although still tired, not really expierancing anything else, just occasional heartburn. Also I have been dreaming a lot, which is unusual for me. And altough my hubby keeps hoping I'm pregnant, I don't feel pregnant, and Last time, I just knew. And I want it so bad, that I seem to think every little thing is a Pregnancy Symptom, and my mind probably exaggerates any little thing that could be considered a Symptom.

I'm sending Baby Prayers to you, I hope it happens for both of us soon.

When you stop thinking about it, that's when it happens

Hope you hear the pitter patter (or kicking and screaming) soon!

That's what people keep telling me, and I kept thinking, "How can you expect me to stop thinking about it?" And you know, just in the past month, we've just sort of stopped worring about it, if it's going to happen it will, I guess after 10 months of "trying" and being dissapointed, our minds have just decided to stop thinking about it. But still when I feel something different, I do get myself excited, only to be dissapointed again.

Monarc...just a question..How long have you been "trying" to get preggo? I'm asking because if you have been trying for a long time you may want to go see a fertility doc...i went through all this and just to let you know alot of docs wont do IVF if your over 36 years old. And it takes a while to get all the testing and treatments started and stuff... so dont wait too long. And today most health ins do cover the costs, not like years ago...

I dont know if someones said this or not, But you should see the doc. It could mean many things too, stress, habits changing, hormones, and if you are preggers something your body doenst make enough hormones to make the tests come back positive. Just wait it out, dont worry or try not to think about it much... But you might wanna call the doc. Hope it turns out the way you want it to!

The sharp stabbing pains you described sound to me like an ovarian cyst. Your doctor will be the best one to council you on this topic.
Good luck!

I took 7 urine tests and all came up negative.... it wasnt until I took the 8th one (and each a week apart) that it showed positive. Drs said I couldnt of been more than a week or two at most...

turns out they did a blood test, then ultrasound - I was 8 weeks pregnant - and to top it all off - I hadnt had my monthly cycle for 6 months and got pregnant. Chances of that happening was 1 in 1 million - and I'm in the medical journals - thanks honey LOL!

So... hang tight for now.. you may have to wait a bit and retest.

ETA: Just to let you know and to not lose hope sweetie - we started trying for baby #2 when our daughter was 1.5 years old - in vain. We did fertility treatments, scheduled everything, ovulation timing, you name it we did it. I'm lucky we didnt end up with 8 babies! LOL After 6 years of trying we just quit trying - and finally 1.5 years after that, our son was born

without fertility treatments or trying. God works in mysterious ways my dear... dont lose hope!

If you have a Dollar Tree nearby, that is the best place to buy tests! They are $1.00, and they work as well as the $10.00 tests!
I am hoping everything turns out well for you!
