Mopars/AMC....muscle car people and any others too!

My older brother, who died 3 years ago yesterday,( R.I.P, Jim ) was a Mopar NUT!! He had a 73 Dart Sport Fastback with a SCREAMER of a 340. He bought it from a guy who used it on the strip. That's the only car that ever scared me at 138 mph's.

The new Mustang GTs do not say "Mustang" anywhere on the car, inside or out.

Yes it does you see the "Mustang" on the grill......

Sorry to you for your loss and RIP to Jim. Good and fun memories.....that would be a bit fast though.

ahhh Mopar! I had a 67 Dart (3 on the tree) and 71 Superbee Charger (my favorite car)
an old 60's Valiant (that thing was a tank and went anywhere) and a 68 Coronet.

I've always loved the old muscle cars!

Some day...... I'll have another

My husband currently has a 74 charger with a 383 and a plum crazy 70 charger R/T with a 440 six pack. They both need to be finished, but he loves his mopars.

Mine wasn't mopar. I had a 68 Chevelle. with a 427. I'm glad gas was around $.30 a gallon. With $3-$4, we could cruise all night. Jim's 340 would smoke me off the line, barely beat me in the 1/4 mile, but I had him in the 1/2 mile by a longshot.

I have had many through the years but I'll have to dig real deep for the pics. Havn't been able to afford toys for a long time now, lol.
My favorite was a '71 AMC Javalin SST
others included:
72' Challanger
72"Cuda
66' Mustang Pony
68' Firebird
88' Mustang GT
97' Mustang GT

I've been around muscle cars all my life and love them! Heres a 1960 Vette I built for a Dr. in Maryville Tn. It started out a 35 thousand dollar car and ended up being a 150+ thousand dollar car. I'm a BIG VETTE FREAK!

My Brother restores cars.
He just sold his restored 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T with a 440. That car was fast, dangerously fast
