If a blue feathered single comb white egg layer rooster were crossed with a Cream legbar hen, would the F1s be sexlinked, have a single comb, and lay blue eggs, and would breeding the F1s together would produce some F2s with blue, black, or splash feathering, and single combs that lay blue eggs? Thank you.

Would the F2s breed true? Assuming they are splash feathered, (because wouldn't the blue and black have the other color genes) would they breed like typical blue chickens?

No, not necessarily, if the other breed you used isn't black based you will have other colors popping up like splash duckwing, etc.
But no matter the base pattern, blue and splash will work in the same way. It's just they only dilute the black parts of the pattern.

I forgot to specify, but the rooster would be a blue (BBS) Andalusian rooster. Would the splash feathered only produce more splash or would they produce other colors?

Other colors as well (splash duckwing would emerge if you breed from leaky splashes.)
Also, is there a way to breed them so that there will only be BBS color genetics?
Only breed clean splashes together with relatively little color leakage.

I do not know a lot about feather colors... what is the brass feather color and how does it work?
